Best Album of 2009?

Postby Steven Y2T Taylor » Mon Dec 07, 2009 4:58 am

What has been your favourite album released so far this year? My favourite would be, Kasabian - West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum.

"The High End of Low" by Marilyn Manson, a great return to form. "Sonic Boom" by KISS is a close runner-up.

A toss-up between the new Alice in Chains, Slayer, and Megadeth.

I want to vote for Electric Six's KILL, I adored the album. Actually managed to get it on the HMV playlist for a while.

But I think the honour should go to Kasabian's album. Not a huge fan of theirs but it was one you could put on and no one would complain, much like The Beatles' 1. Unlike the Arctic Monkeys' latest.

I will say 30STM new CD has been pretty good, might be the best Alternative one I've listened to this year.

I would say my favorite is probably Here We Go Again by Demi Lovato but Kate Voegele's A Fine Mess would be a close second.

After getting Kiss & Tell by Selena Gomez and The Scene for Christmas I think that is my favorite album of 2009 now.
